Tibbetts Group gains AEO (advanced economic operator) status

As of 1st January 2021, the Tibbetts Group’s AEO status has changed to become a UK Advanced Economic Operator

First gained in September 2019, highlighting our secure role within the international supply chain.

In gaining AEO status, it highlights our efficient and compliant customs controls and procedures, as well as providing our customers with continued reassurance throughout Brexit, ensuring that international supply chains are secure and controlled from the point of origin through to final delivery destination.

“This is just one of the latest moves we’ve made as a company in securing our position post Brexit. Our status is a fantastic testament to the hard work that happens behind the scenes across Tibbetts, and cementing our position as a key player in the international supply chain across the automotive aftermarket and fastenings industries.” Managing Director,  Jonathan Tibbetts explained.
