Good corporate governance is one of the fundamental principles of the Tibbetts Group, being a crucial component to our long term and stable growth. In addition to responsible management of the company for the benefit of all stakeholders, good corporate governance also means appreciating and strengthening the confidence placed in the company. For this reason, business activities focus on sustainably increasing enterprise value.

 

Tibbetts Group divisions operate in many different industry sectors. Corporate compliance consists of measures to ensure adherence to legal and official regulations as well as the quality standards and benchmarks required in specific industries.

Corporate compliance is adhered to  by all divisions within Tibbetts Group and is seen as a major responsibility of the Managing Board. This includes antitrust and anti-corruption regulations and all employees are expected to act in a legal and responsible way in day-to-day business operations.

These principles of conduct are applicable throughout Tibbetts Group in a code of conduct and more in-depth corporate guidelines which every employee is expected to follow.
