Terms & Conditions: Tibbetts Group’s Apple Watch SE Promotion

Promoter:

The Tibbetts Group, Tibbetts House, Beaumont Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 1RH

Eligibility:

  • The promotion is only open to TGL, BFC and Powell Gee customers. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
  • Internet access is required.
  • No purchase is required to enter the promotion.
  • Only one entrant per person. Entries will be disqualified, and prizes voided, if other means are used to circumvent this process.

Promotional period:

  • The promotion begins 00:00 GMT Monday 9th December 2024 ends at 23:59 GMT on Monday 16th December 2024.
  • Completed entries to the TGL, BFC or Powell Gee Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024 from before this date will also be included in the draw.

Prize:

  • The prize on offer is an Apple Watch SE.
  • No cash or other prize alternatives are available.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary, due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • The prize will be sent out to the winner as soon as possible after the winner’s delivery address details are confirmed. Delivery dates of the prize cannot be guaranteed.

How to enter:

  • To enter the free prize draw, entrants will be required to complete either the TGL, BFC or Powell Gee Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024.
  • Any entries that do not meet the terms and conditions, or are not complete, will not be accepted.

Winner selection and notification:

  • All entries that meet the required terms and conditions will be included in the prize draw. The winner will be selected at random the next day using a 3rd-party, computerized process.
  • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided, within 72 hours of the draw taking place. The winner will be required to provide further details for the prize to be delivered. The prize will be posted/delivered accordingly.
  • If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  • All data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy, available at: https://www.tibbettsgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/PS09-Privacy-Policy.pdf.

General:

  • Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize, and/or disqualify the participant, where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any such decisions.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason.
  • The Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
  • This promotion is governed by UK law.
