TGL has strengthened its commitment to delivering engineering excellence with the installation of a state-of-the-art Concentric Slave Cylinder (CSC) Dynamic Durability Testing Machine.
Following the development of The Tibbetts Group’s new Technical department, the recent investment in this cutting-edge equipment enables TGL to validate product performance under the harshest operating conditions.
CSC Dynamic Durability Testing Machine – key features:
- Extreme temperature range: from -40°C to 180°C, simulating real-world extremes.
- High-speed testing: up to 7000 RPM for rigorous durability assessments.
- Dynamic test programs: variable parameters allow us to adjust RPM, actuation speed, and temperature throughout a set number of cycles, creating highly realistic and demanding test conditions.
